1. What Is Responsible Gaming
Responsible gaming means enjoying betting as a form of entertainment — not as a livelihood or a solution to financial problems. CD33Bet always wants you to bet within your means, for fun, and with full control.
Betting is a game of chance — there are no guaranteed wins. Every bet should be placed with money you can afford to lose without it affecting your daily life. When betting starts causing stress or anxiety instead of enjoyment, that's a clear sign something needs to change.
CD33Bet believes responsible gaming is not the user's responsibility alone — it's ours equally. That's why we provide every user with protective tools and support to make building responsible gaming habits as straightforward as possible.
Core Principles: If betting starts affecting other important areas of your life — family, work, health — stop and seek help.
2. CD33Bet's Responsible Gaming Commitment
CD33Bet is more than just a betting platform — we genuinely care about the well-being and safety of our users. Here are the commitments we make to ensure responsible gaming:
We believe that building a healthy betting culture is better for everyone in the long run — both users and the platform. That's why CD33Bet cares not just about profit, but about your overall well-being.
3. Warning Signs of a Betting Problem
Certain signs indicate that betting has moved beyond entertainment and become a problem. Be honest with yourself and check whether any of the following apply to you:
- Betting more to recover lost money ("chasing losses")
- Spending beyond your betting budget or going into debt to fund bets
- Hiding your betting activity from family and friends
- Feeling restless or anxious when you're not betting
- Neglecting work, family, or other responsibilities to bet
- Wanting to stop but unable to
- Betting to cope with emotional distress or loneliness
- Gradually increasing the amount you bet
If you notice even one of these signs, take action
These are signs of awareness, not weakness. The sooner you seek help, the easier it is to regain control. Our support team is always here for you.
4. How to Use the Protection Tools
Log in to your CD33Bet account and head to Account Settings to easily enable the following protection tools:
Set Deposit Limits
Go to Account Settings → "Responsible Gaming" → select "Deposit Limit". Choose a daily/weekly/monthly limit and enter the amount. Decreasing your limit takes effect immediately; increasing it takes 72 hours to apply.
Enable Session Timer
Go to the "Session Limit" option and choose a time between 30 minutes and 8 hours. When the time is up, you'll receive a warning and betting will be temporarily paused.
Take a Break
Set a cooldown period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks. During this time you can still log in, but placing bets will not be possible.
Self-Exclusion
Enable Self-Exclusion for a long-term break. You can set a period of 6 months to 5 years. Once activated, it cannot be cancelled before the period ends.

5. 10 Golden Rules for Safe Betting
Follow the guidelines below for responsible gaming — they'll keep your betting experience enjoyable every time:
Decide in advance how much you're comfortable losing, and stick to that limit.
Never bet with borrowed money or funds set aside for essential expenses.
Chasing losses by placing more bets is one of the most dangerous habits a bettor can develop.
Avoid long, uninterrupted betting sessions — make it a habit to take regular breaks.
Never make betting decisions when you're angry, upset, or emotionally worked up.
Treat betting as a cost of entertainment, not a source of income.
6. Advice for Family & Loved Ones
Sometimes a family member recognizes that their loved one has a betting problem — but that person refuses to admit it. What should you do in that situation?
- Speak calmly, without anger or criticism — express concern rather than blame
- Listen to their concerns without judgment
- Encourage them to seek professional help
- Don't pay off their debts for them — it only enables the problem to continue
- Take care of your own mental health too — this situation can be just as hard on you
Remember, both seeking help and offering it are acts of courage. CD33Bet's support team is also available to advise family members.
7. Protection of Minors
CD33Bet strictly prohibits anyone under the age of 18 from using the platform. To protect minors, we have put the following measures in place:
